Refurbishment updates
Find out more about the progress of our exciting Callington refurbishment.
The key details
Our Callington clinic is undergoing a major refurbishment to repair the damage caused by recent flooding and restore the branch to its former glory.
The works will start on 1st October and last around nine to 12 months.
We will remain open as usual throughout the refurbishment.
We’re taking the opportunity to refresh and modernise our space, in order to deliver an even better experience when you visit us.
We are confident that it will be worth the wait!
Pet owners
You can book all of your pet’s appointments as usual.
From November, our small animal team will be working from our farm office as we kickstart the second phase of the works.
During this time, appointments will run as normal from the farm side of the building.
Farm clients
Our mobile large animal service will run as usual.
To minimise disruption, our farm team will be based in temporary portacabins located in the car park.
You can visit the portacabins to collect medication orders and speak with our team.
Parking
Our car park will initially remain open to you as usual.
From November there will be reduced onsite parking, with our lower car park remaining available to you.
