We provide veterinary care to pets, production animals and most species in between!  Our dedicated small animal and farm vet teams provide excellent care across Devon and Cornwall. 

The majority of our services are based out of our premises in Callington. 

We also have branches at Looe and Saltash for our clients with pets.  Our farm vets work from our premises in Callington and St Columb.

Our Pet Health Plan is a great way to cover the main preventative health issues, in order to help keep your pet fit and healthy for a long and happy life.

Insurance processing

As of the 1st September 2022, all insurance claims processed via a claim form or electronic portal will be subject to an insurance administration fee.

The fees will be £5.30 for an indirect claim and £21 for a direct claim. This will be invoiced each time a claim is processed, including for each continuation claim for ongoing conditions. This will not affect your excess payments or your insurance policy. 

Please note we aim to process most insurance claims within 3 weeks. However, in busy periods this may take as long as 4 weeks. It takes many hours of administration time to process insurance claims and to continue offering this service for our clients we appreciated your understanding in these matters.
