IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT THE VETS…
Our vets would get nothing done without our excellent support staff!

I love my job and having joined Calweton in 2012 am still loving it! Even better, I found my gorgeous "fur baby", Oscar.
Receptionist
I've been a part of the Calweton team for six years and love to see all the lovely animals coming through our doors. When I'm not in work I like taking walks in the sun and spending time with my family.
Receptionist
I am a passionate animal lover so this is my dream job! I have 3 dogs so I just need to learn to say no to any more pets!
Receptionist
When not being enchanted by all of our lovely furry friends in our practice, I love to go on rambling walks with my 2 dogs - Bruno, a cheeky mini dachshund with "little dog syndrome" and Darcy my elegant, if not sometimes dipsy, dalmation!
Receptionist
I joined the Calweton team in 2018 and I have been a veterinary receptionist for the past 14 years. To say I love my job and animals would be an understatement. It is such a varied and rewarding role, no day is the same.
Here I am with our late pomeranian Elsie who was certainly a character, don't they say pets are like their owners?!
I have just returned from maternity leave and now have a beautiful daughter Violet to keep me on my toes.
Receptionist
Sport and my love for animals are a major part of my life. I share my home with Peter, Hedley, my wire haired Vizla and Violet, my dachshund. I also have two dartmoor ponies who also keep me busy.
Receptionist
My most favourite pastime is cycling. I do it because it means I can eat even more cake - in fact "cake" is my most favourite word too!
Whilst on a cycling holiday in the Kantara mountains in Northern Cyprus I also found my other love, my dog called Tara, whom I rescued and brought back home with me.
I joined the Calweton reception team in late 2020. I have worked in the veterinary industry for a few years now and love what I do. In my spare time I like to go paddle boarding and bake. I also have four very spoilt cats.
I started at Calweton in 2017. After working three years in the equine department I have now joined the small animal reception team! I have a huge passion for animals and apart from work, I am kept busy with my horse and my dog Freddie!
Account manager
I joined the team at Calweton in August 2021 after completing the Animal Nursing Assistant course at Bicton College. My goal is to progress onto my dream career of Veterinary Nursing!
I have a pug called Russell who is almost a year old. We love going for long walks on Dartmoor and learning new tricks!
