Insurance processing

Please note that all insurance claims processed via a claim form or electronic portal are subject to an insurance administration fee, from £6 to £24.
This will be invoiced each time a claim is processed, including for each continuation claim for ongoing conditions.
This will not affect your excess payments or your insurance policy.
We aim to process most insurance claims within three weeks, however, in busy periods this may take up to four weeks.

Payment is due at the time of treatment; usually after a consultation or on discharge from the practice following surgery or hospitalisation. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
