Our Callington branch will be open from 9am - 5pm for emergencies / vet approved procedures only. We will also be providing telephone consultations at £28 in order to offer advice and medication. Following a telephone consult, should the vet need to see your pet then you will be asked to attend the Callington branch and you will be charged the standard consult fee of £36 instead of the £28, with any medication being chargeable.
We will also be open for the collection of repeat medication, flea and worming treatments and food. Please place all requirements / requests by phone - 01579 383231 and make payment over the phone prior to collection. When collecting from Callington please call us from the carpark and your order will be brought out to you. We can also post out your order, for which there will be a post & packaging fee and this will be confirmed at the time of order payment.
All social distancing measures are being observed which means that you will not be allowed onto the premises. Rest assured we are providing telephone consultations and will of course be attending to emergencies throughout.
