Nurse consultations

Our Royal College registered nurses are available throughout the day for appointments, and are an excellent first port of call for advice regarding the general health and wellbeing of your pet.  In addition to puppy, ‘teenage’ and weight clinics they are knowledgeable in a variety of areas including worming, flea treatments and diet.

Ongoing consultation / appointment procedures

We are now operating normally and welcome you back into our surgeries. There is no longer a requirement to wear masks inside or whilst in consult but equally, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask then please do.

Repeat Medication and Food requests ( Drugs / Flea / Worm / Food etc)

Could we now ask you to give us 48 hours’ notice of your requirements. We will endeavour to complete your request before then but during busy periods it may take us up to 48 hours to put up your medication request.

We can also post out your order, for which there will be a post & packaging fee and this will be confirmed at the time of order payment.

Private Prescriptions

These are now £20.34 per prescribed drug per medical condition and they will be valid for 3 months with the exception of Flea and Worming which will be valid for 6 months.

However, if more than one drug is required for one medical condition the charge will be £36 regardless of the number of drugs treating the same condition.
